Recently, VIETGO has received information from Ms. Sara about an import order of khaya charcoal for her company’s business.

Discussing this order of khaya charcoal and the company’s purchasing demand in general, Ms. Sara told VIETGO: “We not only supply fuel to large restaurants and factories but also sell it in civil packaging bags to general end-users. Therefore, we are interested in different charcoal qualities. Corporate customers need higher quality, with a minimum fixed carbon of 80%, while for the home users, the same parameter needs to only be above 75%.”
Talking more about herself, Ms. Sara said that she was very proud of her family’s story and how they managed to build a business with solid values passed down through generations. She said: “My father followed the legacy of his predecessors. Now it’s me and my brother, next it’s my sister’s turn. We continue to write the story of our family every day.”
