CONGRATULATIONS! MR. DUY - ONE OF THE K6 COURSE STUDENTS, SUCCESSFULLY EXPORTED POWER SOCKETS TO THE AMERICAN MARKET

Sharing with VIETGO about the process of working with the customers, Mr.Duy said that power socket order was the one he had been pursuing for over a year then. As soon as seeing the orders on VIETGO’s website, he found that the order was very appropriate to the product that he was working on, so he immediately contacted VIETGO’s customer services for assistance. From the first days of offering, due to his poor English skills and the numerous technical requirements in the order, Mr. Duy wanted to give up so many times. However, with his strong determination and VIETGO’s support, Mr. Duy progressively approached the customer and met the technical requirements that the customer needed. With the determination and honesty of Mr.Duy when negotiating, the customer was very enthusiastic and put their trust in him as well as encouraged him in the working process.

On May 19th 2021, Mr. Duy informed VIETGO that he had sent the first sample to the customer, the customer also sent back some accessories for him to make samples.

After more than 100 drawings and 100 samples were received, the customer chose one sample and guided Mr. Duy from the smallest details.

On September 12th 2021, after a long time of negotiation and conversation, the customer put all their trust in Mr. Duy and actively prepared the contract.

Mr. Duy shared that  in the conversation process, the customer told him that the customer knew that the previous suppliers before him did not have the production capacity because they could not make the samples within 2 days like him. That’s why the customer placed a lot of trust in him and was ready to support him little by little so he could complete that order with confidence. Recently, Mr. Duy is starting to produce the next shipment for the customer.

VIETGO would like to congratulate Mr.Duy, an excellent student of  K6, on having the first contract. Wishing Mr. Duy every success in the near future.
